Fogelman is interviewing experienced Bilingual Property Managers for the Portico at Lanier apartments, a 150-unit community located in the Gainesville area of North Atlanta. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of property management experience with 3 years as a Property Manager, strong with managing a team and the property’s operations, possesses financial acumen and is bilingual (speak Spanish).

PROPERTY MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years property management experience in multifamily with 3 years of proven supervisory experience on a conventional property
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Ability to manage property operations, maximize rental income and minimize expenses
- Can interpret financial data, budgets and prepare monthly ownership reports
- Strong supervisory skills with proven leadership
- Superb marketing skills with the ability to develop a property marketing plan and oversee outside marketing
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Effectively communicate, both oral and written, with Supervisor & Ownership
- Experienced with Yardi, CRM & Yieldstar
