Gateway Management is currently seeking a Property Manager for our Laurel Ridge and Tucker Cottage apartments located in LaGrange, GA. This position is responsible for managing daily operations of a 120 unit affordable community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general administration, compliance, maintenance of the property, and management of employees to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community.Requirements – Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Must have strong computer skills, Onesite experience a plus. Ideal candidate for this position will be extremely professional and have great communication skills.
