Chesapeake Property Management, a locally owned single family home property management company, is urgently seeking a Property Manager for a position in Owings Mills, MD.

We are willing to train the right candidate in Property Management.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be extremely organized, and take great pride in their job. We are looking for someone who can grow with us.

Responsibilities –

• Provide the best possible customer service experience to our owners, residents, and vendors.
• Walking newly acquired properties to create a prep list and assisting the owner in scheduling vendors and completing the prep list.
• Ensuring homes are ready to move in and educating new residents on our systems and their new home.
• Performing move out walkthroughs to document anything beyond normal wear and tear.

• Perform bi-annual inspections of occupied homes to ensure leasing compliance as well as documenting any work needed.
• Act as the point of contact between our residents, owners, and HOAs for non-emergent requests (pool passes, parking, etc).
• On-Call one weekend a month responding to emergency requests by dispatching vendors.

Requirements –

• The ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing.
• Computer proficiency with Google Drive, Dropbox, and Office.
• A growth mindset and positive attitude.
• Clean driving record.

This is a salaried, full-time position with regular, in office hours, from 9 AM – 5 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
