Luxury Home Management Company seeking a Property Maintenance Specialist.
Los Angeles Top Property Management Company, The Maimon Group, is seeking a Property Maintenance Specialist immediately to join our fast paced, innovative, and industry leading team within the Los Angeles area. Working alongside the most exclusive and exotic properties in Los Angeles, this position will serve as an integral component in the maintenance of our world class exclusive properties. This full-time position is supported by The Maimon Group by including the usage of a company provided vehicle as well as the tools required to be successful.
The position is comprised of a six-day work week with opportunity for overtime and pays up to $65,000 annually, depending on experience. Health insurance as well as a vast array of other benefits are available to candidates upon completion of their initial 90-day employment period. Some of the minimum experience (5+ years’ worth) sought out are as follows:

• Fully maintaining the upkeep of all our properties, which includes but is not limited to: replacing light bulbs, BBQ and BBQ area maintenance, swapping out air filters, batteries, and many other day to day tasks needed to keep the property in excellent shape.
• Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint.
• Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.

- Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires. -Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner.

• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the household as well as its surroundings, such as sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces.
• Furniture assembly.
• Adjusting, trimming, fitting parts, inspecting wood, ensuring quality standards, handling material orders. Successful candidates showcase furniture assembly experience by maintaining resilience, stamina, attention to detail, and knowledge and practice of safety measures.
• Performing routine maintenance on pools which include water cleaning, cleaning filters, fixing lights, identifying damage in pool walls and conducting repairs, maintaining stock records, and reporting water quality issues to management.
• Servicing HVAC needs: heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, maintaining and repairing various indoor climate control systems.
• Performed in-home audio/video integrations and troubleshooting while cleaning/maintaining TV's & sound systems to ensure they were working properly.
• Routine Service checks to service Rental Properties.

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE:

• An Active/Valid California Driver’s License
