Job description
We are looking to hire a Property Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance at our housing community in Piggott, AR.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Making vacant units ready for tenants including repairs, cleaning, and painting
- Regular grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, etc.
- Completing work orders in a timely manner
- Performing preventative maintenance
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Lock installation and repairs
- Maintaining property grounds and common areas
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Appliance installation and repairs
- Emergency, after hours maintenance
- Other duties as assigned/ needed
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license
- General maintenance experience
- Willing to be on-call
- Must be able to be bonded
- Must be willing to travel between properties
