Parc Bisbee Mobile Home Community. Stable Community With Upside.

We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager for a 36-site community. The community is sub-metered for the water/sewer utility, and readings are done onsite. Some of the work is done at home. You must live in the Bisbee area. 20-25 hours/per week. So about 85 hours a month in total. Part-time job.

Compensation includes:

• Compensation will depend on your experience and include commissions on selling homes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2100 per Month, $18 per hour, sales and leasing commission.

• Some of the work can be done remotely from your home. You will need to inspect the community on-site and show homes. None of that requires significant interaction with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and deposit them using our online app. No need to go to the bank.
• Create work orders. Maintain curb appeal of the property by managing our vendor (you oversee that they're making repairs, cutting the grass, removing junk, trimming trees, etc.).
• Inspect vacant mobile homes, photograph and communicate with corporate, greet, and take photos after crews doing rehabs.
• Market the property on Facebook, Craigslist, and other online marketplaces.
• Be available to take sales/tenant calls and answer to regional manager between 9 am-6 pm. Respond well and timely to tenants' needs.
• Perform a weekly tour, clean the office and laundry room, and collect errant trash.
• Enforce park rules. Post notices so tenants keep their yards clean and follow the rules.
• Show and sell homes, and review background checks.
• Upload inspection reports and records correctly.
• Train and work with the virtual assistant, and assist with all needs of the regional/leasing manager.
• Have a car to run errands, etc, at times.

Qualifications

• B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required
• A strong background in leasing or sales (with references)
• Property management experience verified
• Customer service experience
• Have a Basic computer and smartphone and prior experience with google drive, word, excel, email, and ability to learn other software.

$18 hourly DOE + commission
