Currently Offering Competitive sign on bonus for MA LP Installer License – 5 years' experienceSuperior Plus Propane is currently in search of an individual that is highly self-driven and experienced in Propane systems and service. The Propane Service Technician will provide top of class service to our customers while always ensuring compliance with codes and safety policies. The Propane Service Technician will report directly to the Service Manager.
Position Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Primary focus and experience on Propane service for both tanks and equipment
- Able to troubleshoot and identify customer equipment issues as needed
- Perform routine and annual maintenance as necessary on customer equipment
- Respond to customer emergencies as needed
- Rotate “on call” status during evenings and weekends as needed
- Consistently communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Prefer 2 years job-related experience
- Positive attitude and great communication skills
- Must have valid Driver License
