GENERAL FUNCTION
The Project Supervisor, Experience & Branding PMO is a part of the NA Employee Experience & Branding team and is accountable for the successful completion of North American Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion projects. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting each of the large-scale critical projects across NA are meeting their project objectives and tasks as well as raising risks and dependencies to the Senior Director, Experience & Branding.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates and delivers schedule of activities outlining project life cycle to meet expectations.
  • Applies knowledge and experience to identify project risks, develop and evaluate alternative solutions to drive positive project outcomes
  • Functions as single point of contact for reporting project status.
  • Supports functional leads with key project tasks and milestones.
  • Conducts project workstream risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk(s).
  • Point of contact to answer questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the integration project(s).
  • Acts as a liaison and aligns between workstreams, HRBPs, and vendors (as applicable).
  • Communicates regular project status updates to management and HR Leadership Team.
  • Stay current with trends in engagement and organizational culture, early-career talent programming, as well as external trends in the overall employee experience cycle.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 5+ Years’ Experience in Human Resources, Project Management or related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results with a high focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate messages in a concise and cohesive manner
  • Prior exposure and presentation experience to various levels of leadership.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite experience – advanced PowerPoint and Excel required
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across functional areas within and external to the Talent COE; building and maintaining excellent working relationships across the organization with multiple and diverse teams.
  • Passion for the employee experience – specifically Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project Management certification
  • Experience in Employee Engagement and/or Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
  • Experience within an international matrix organization


Pay Range: $81,838 - $123,469


Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package including health benefits, PTO, 401K, paid family leave, tuition reimbursement, and eyewear discounts.
