Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction teams of various sizes
- Plan work for safety, quality and productivity
- Track manpower and equipment time
- Schedule manpower and subcontractors
- Monitor jobsite expenditures
Desired Skills Experience and Personal Characteristics
- Must have strong leadership skills, be a team player, detail-orientated with strong computer skills and able to multi-task and excel in a high-demand setting
- Experience in commercial field construction of both public and private projects
- Demonstrate prioritization, organization and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Possess a well-rounded knowledge of construction and have a strong sense of value in making design decisions
- Ability to interact with Project Managers and Owners
