APPRAISAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Bexar Appraisal District is seeking applicants with experience in customer service and data entry for the position of Project Specialist (Appraisal) with responsibilities to include:

Responsibilities

• Performing inquiries, data entry, and updates to District databases from a variety of documents
• Enter, track and maintain accounts in support of appraisal operations
• Assisting the general public on the phone
• Support appraisal operations

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability and desire to learn about the Texas Property Tax Code to explain the District's processes to the public
• Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred

The District is responsible for appraising all taxable property within Bexar County and is dedicated to providing first rate service to property owners. Our offices are located in downtown San Antonio.
