We are looking for an In-Home Sales Professional.The successful candidate for this role must have In-Home Sales experience to be dominant in this premier sales role.
Responsibilities:
The HVAC Sales Consultant works in the home of with new and existing customers guiding them through the Sales Process while uncovering the best equipment and finance options.
Absolute Air provide all the warm leads and appointments; all you have to do is close!!!!!

Qualifications:
Required Credentials:
- Three or more years of proven success in outside sales.
- Strong sales, follow-up, closing, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A mind that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives.
Preferred Credentials:
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- In-home sales experience.
- Summer Sales Experience a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Tuesday-Saturday. Evenings and Weekends availability required based on customer demands
