The Project Manager is a high-performing leader who shares in the company's vision and works to continually drive our proven process with excellence. They lead powerfully as an expert communicator and coach. They lead by example as a critical part of the leadership team.
You are highly influential, a positive communicator, and you embrace the details. You are data-driven, results-oriented, and a master of logistics and resource management. You are a strong decision-maker who empowers your teams to take on responsibilities, own their roles, and hold yourself and others accountable.

What are your Top Responsibilities?
- Lead Manage and Hold Accountable the Remodeling Division
- Pursue the vision as a key part of the leadership team
- Oversee client journey from onboarding to project completion
- Oversee the fulfillment team to ensure efficient, optimized client journeys are completed on time, on budget, and done right the first time.
- Maximize production capacity to keep pace with our high-performing sales team. As well as hiring, developing, and training new team members
What are the compensation and benefits?
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Pay for Performance on Key Result Areas
- Retirement: 100% match up to 3% Gross wages after one year
- Company vehicle for fieldwork
- PTO: 1-week vacation, sick time, and New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving 2-days, and Christmas and Christmas Eve
- Participate in our company health care plan
- In-person; Rocklin, CA
- 45 hours a week
