Project Manager II

What you’ll do:

The Supply Chain Solution Delivery organization for WMS develops & Configures Warehouse Management Software and systems that allow TJX to control and administer warehouse operations from the time goods or materials enter a warehouse until they move out. Our team thrives on strong relationships with our business partners and working diligently to address their needs which support TJX growth and operational stability.

What you’ll need:

We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated Project Manager II who will be the Deployment & Release manager for a large and complex Agile Release Train. They will be accountable for ensuring the successful deployments of our WMS solutions into production as well as managing the overall release roadmap in partnership with Delivery and Product management teams across the ART.

You will need to be comfortable with dealing with some of the more technical facets of our product development and release processes and be very well versed in creating and executing both complex and larger scale implementation plans. As the Deployment Lead, you will have a strong focus on building relationships, meticulous planning, and developing a longer-range view of both the product and environment release pipeline.

Key Role Duties below, but not limited to:

• 
  Manages and Leads Core Team with focus on Strategic Program Level, both Functional and Technical, Development of Functional and Technical Runbooks as well as Hypercare Rotational/Shift Schedules.
• Responsible for developing high level roll out strategy for present and future sites.
• Partnerships with Change Management, SDM and Business Partners on Business Go-Live
• Criteria for Success, - Deployment High Level Communications & Outputs for Success
• Partner with Internal and External Audit for Optimal Program Success/Full Alignment
• Identification of Risks/Issues/Blockers with Features and Products not moving in timeline manner with impacts to major Releases/Cut-Over

Experience:

• 
  Experience of working cross functionally with stakeholders across the ART, shared services as well as other technical teams to create and execute plans, ensuring impediments, risks and blockers to implementation are removed
• Experience of coordinating and leading technical teams and resources, whilst being able to apply an engineering mindset and systems thinking approach
• Supply Chain & Distribution Center knowledge
• Experience successfully managing one or more small to large projects or epics

Nice to Have’s:

• Understanding/experience of managing team environment and data requirements for build, test, and deployment purposes
• SAFe RTE or SPC 4, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
