Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is searching for an experienced Project Manager who will thrive in our Central AR Division. The Project Manager plays a key management role in the organization and implementation of the projects from start to finish. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and/or Division Vice President. You will be required to manage multiple projects, and depending on various considerations, including the complexity of scope and cost, an assisting Project Coordinator may be assigned to those projects.

As a core company member, you will be expected to be professional, polite, friendly, reliable, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared, organized, and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly while not being afraid to ask for help when needed.

To thrive, you must:

• Have five (5) years of Project Management experience in Commercial Construction projects ranging from $20M and higher.
• Have Commercial Construction industry knowledge.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, as well as have advanced knowledge working with Project Management software.
• Be able to read construction drawings & blueprints accurately.
• Have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Have highly developed organizational and time management abilities
• Respond well to criticism and actively listens to feedback.
• Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge continuously

Every day you are relied on to;

• Coordinate all resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within the scope and budget.
• Establish & maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/subcontractors.
• Review daily job reports, manage change orders, prepare and submit pay apps, etc.
• Communicate regularly with owners, architects, and subcontracts.
• Go above and beyond to help assist your team in any way needed.
