Project Manager - Civil Engineer
Job description
Our client is a rapidly growing civil engineering and land surveying firm that is seeking a full-time professional engineer (PE) licensed in Florida to be located in Kissimmee, Florida. Ideal candidates will have civil engineering design, permitting, and project management experience in Central Florida with large single-family residential, townhome, and professional office developments. This job will have some local travel to project sites, client meetings, and community events.

Their client base includes residential, commercial, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and institutional owners and developers. They also serve the public sector by doing business with municipal, state, and federal government agencies, school boards, regulatory agencies, and transportation districts.
- Skilled in land development site design analysis, scheduling, financial and material resources management, leading internal teams, and coordinating meetings and calls with clients and subconsultants
- Single-family, townhome, and multi-family residential development project experience
- Professional office and industrial/warehouse development project experience
- Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
- Paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility design experience
- Construction administration, observation, and certification experience
- B.S. in civil engineering
- Must have Florida professional engineer (PE) license
- Minimum 5 years of civil site and drainage design experience
- Proficient in producing construction plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D
