Project Manager - Onboarding

The Technology Engagement team, housed within the Technology Division within DigITs, is seeking a Project Manager to become an integral member of our dynamic technology operations and training team to assist with the Onboarding Concierge Service and Strategic Ops-related projects for DigITs. This Project Manager will work closely with our other program managers and analysts and the Tech Ops Associate Director to consistently improve and lead the DigITs Onboarding Concierge Service and other projects within DigITs.

Role Overview:

This is a Project Manager position where you will support the Onboarding Concierge Service and Strategic Ops-related projects for DigITs. You will provide day to day oversight to lead the rollout of our Onboarding program, align initiatives, and their resource needs. You will also keep track of process improvements and ensure tasks are carried out in a timely fashion.

You Will:

  • Works with the Application Analyst, Training Technology Specialist, Trainer(s) and project lead(s) to create and implement improved workflows and enhancements for the Onboarding Concierge Service.
  • Develop project plans defining deliverables and resources required for successful and seamless execution. Manages tasks to achieve established goals and escalates issues/concerns to project lead. Provides timely updates to the project leader(s).
  • Sustains project workflows and timelines, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. Responsible for following up on action items identified by project leaders.
  • Acts on inquiries or problems on behalf of the project leadership, e.g., investigating the problem, gathering the necessary information, reaching out to the appropriate internal and external contacts, etc. and resolving independently when appropriate. Develops hypotheses, analyzes, validates, and presents findings to project leadership.
  • Actively manages the project team ensuring tasks are on time and project is on its critical path.
  • Will work heavily with HR to ensure enterprise rollout.
  • Proofs communication to be sent to new hires, hiring teams, Talent and Acquisition Group (TAG), and Human Resources related to the Onboarding Concierge Service program.
  • Writes and/or edits various documents, reports and presentations (i.e., meeting and conference materials, minutes, periodic updates, project summaries, and newsletter articles) for assembly and dissemination to the appropriate parties. Develops content for presentations/slides as assigned by project lead.
  • Brings forth ideas for improved automation to increase efficiency and optimize Strategic Ops-related projects.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Information Sciences or Information Systems or Healthcare Business Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience leading project rollouts (small to large).
  • IT background preferred.
  • Experience with Healthcare Systems and systems testing highly desired.
  • Experience working Excel; pivot tables and analyzing reports/data.
  • Superb communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
