Job Summary

This position requires an individual that is knowledgeable of all aspects of the aviation MRO business with respect to maintenance, avionics, and interior and paint modifications. This position is highly customer oriented and will require and individual that excels in customer relations to include daily interface and coordination between department managers and technicians. The position will be responsible for and not limited to overseeing that all pre-arrival and planning items are completed, ensuring the projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget and to customer satisfaction and expectations. Coordination of large multi department projects will be essential.

Essential Job Functions

• Pre-arrival coordination of assigned projects
• Single point of contact for customers and internal personnel for each assigned project
• Processing squawk approvals, work order management, and invoicing
• Coordination of the project with all internal departments, ensuring aircraft schedules are developed and enforcing those schedules accordingly to ensure on time deliveries are met
• Addressing customer and project concerns, issues and project impediments
• Post Departure follow up with customer
• Work with minimal supervision, conflict resolution and team building will be critical
• Strong effective communication and organizational skills
• Any and all job-related duties as assigned by management
• Availability on nights/weekends and travel may be required for aircraft arrivals/departures and customer events.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Airframe and Power Plant License or Associates/Bachelor's degree desired
• 5-10 years prior experience in business aviation MRO experience
• Knowledge of FAR's and repair station processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Corridor desired
