Project Manager
The Project Manager works closely with the fulfillment teams to develop and support customer websites and other online marketing products. In this role you will assist in coordinating all project phases between the client, internal resources, sales & support staff. This includes schedule attainment and effective customer communication. The Project Manager assists the team in reaching customer goals with the development of their products, and directly impacts customer.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Project Manager, you will:
- Work with the fulfillment teams to keep projects within duration regarding objectives, timeline, priorities, and risks.
- Schedule phone interviews with clients and team, within expected durations to keep projects on a forward momentum.
- Communicate in a focused, businesslike manner, and within context. Adapting work and communication style to diverse client groups, both internal and external.
- Assist in the on-time delivery of all projects.
- Responsible for project documentation and maintaining client correspondence by providing timely updates on project status.
- Based on metrics established, responsible for overall quality of project. Influence others in project team to provide high level of quality and efficiency, keeping projects on time and delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
- Assist in building a sense of trust and credibility from the start of a project to completion.
- Assist with Website edits using WordPress, including rectifying defects
- Fulfill or assist in fulfillment of online marketing products such as attorney profiles, social media profiles, call tracking products, web chat products etc.
- Review of websites for adherence to best practices
- Keep accurate time tracking at project level
About You
