Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a Project Manager to support our internal and external customers in accelerating growth efforts. In this position, you will serve as the manager of incoming opportunities and key initiatives that require coordination across several facilities, departments, products and services. You will work with a wide range of customers and internal resources to expedite our selling process and eliminate waste through creating internal efficiencies. This role will empower you to take ownership of assigned projects to ensure flawless execution.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations and support in order to promote growth efforts, lean principles, and standard work.
  • Provide pre-sale project management of multi-component programs.
  • Provide project management support for various programs including technology, data analytics, direct mail and manufacturing.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project.
  • Prepare reports for leadership regarding status of project.
  • Assist various sales channels by providing support in the selling process - this includes navigation of our facility as well as across Taylor.
  • Manage assigned projects to ensure that all timelines and deliverables are executed. Hold participants accountable and know when and how to escalate to ensure completion.
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts when terms are finalized.
  • Lead discussions to identify and define business processes as part of onboarding process.
  • Align with best practices established with project management teams across our group.
  • Be an advocate for the customer and our growth efforts. Set the standard to advance growth.
You Must Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management or in a related field
  • Expert level computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Superior interpersonal skills to enable successful interaction with a wide range of employees and levels of leadership
  • Ability to navigate various areas of our business
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to take a complex requirement and break it down into actions
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to make and meet commitments
We Would Also Prefer:
  • Previous experience in a Lean/Operations Excellence environment
