Job description

We are currently looking for candidates located in: California, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or Washington.

Are you looking for an opportunity to help a company scale and grow? The Project Manager will be a keystone to our success. You will help break down the big picture into the necessary steps to cross the finish line on all major projects. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, keep reading!

Who you are

Our ideal candidate passionately leads teams and clients with the tenacity of Ted Lasso and has the project organization skills that would spark joy from Marie Kondo.

Your people skills are on point. You know how to win people over without compromise. You are confident in your ability to make the ask and say no when appropriate.

You help get everyone on the same page by making your communications written and verbal beyond clear, concise, and measured. You are a detail person who knows what information is needed and what is not in each scenario.

You are the go-to planner. You know exactly what criteria need to be met and when. You also understand that the best-laid plans sometimes go wrong, so you have a plan for that, too!

In a game of Catan, you don’t accept defeat when the robber is on your most valuable resource and no one is rolling your numbers. Instead, you think, “bring it on,” and strategize a winning plan.

If you “feel seen,” find out what it takes to be a Project Manager at Over the Top Marketing (OTT).

We are dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and excellent work culture. We know our people are the secret to our success.
