Project Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating resources, materials, and equipment.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and other managerial aspects of project.
- Select, contract and coordinate subcontractors needed for project.
- Consults with clients and company representatives to facilitate project development and design.
- Develops, tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
Job Type: Full-time
