East Valley Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) integrated health care services to the under-served populations in the San Gabriel Valley and Pomona Valley areas since 1970. Position Purpose:_*
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of a medium to large size projects. The role of the Project Manager is to ensure that key business initiatives are managed and completed on time and within budget. This includes the oversight goals/milestones, management of project activities, and holding staff accountable.
OVERALL JOB SCOPE:

• Under the direction and oversight of the COO, this position is primarily responsible for effective planning, managing, and implementation of highly visible projects related to East Valley Community Health Center. Projects involve the integration of improvement efforts that lead to overall effectiveness and efficiency in initiatives that drive EVCHC Mission.

MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

• Provides leadership and planning to highly visible, sensitive, enterprise-wide projects.
• Develops project plans, which identify approaches to deployment, key issues, problems, and solutions required to coordinate and drive key initiatives forward.
• Provides support and communicates project dependent factors to drive projects forward.
• Understands and able to apply appropriate change management principles. Effectively facilitates dialogues between multiple stakeholder groups.
• Effectively communicates with various senior level audiences through a variety of communication vehicles.
• Help direct and integrate cross functional staff in the integration of related projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or proven experience in project management
• Demonstrated ability to determine implementation strategies that balance the speed of change with the business operating priorities.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; systems thinking.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills for frequent contact with internal customers and external stakeholders.
• Technology and software savvy; ability to utilize MS Office Suite and Project Management software/programs.
• Ability to positively influence teams and provide recommendations for contingency planning
• Exemplary planning and Time Management Skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
