We have immediate opening for driven Project Manager I (Entry Level) who will be providing Sales Team support and assisting the Senior Project Managers in all day to day activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of sales projects from initial contact and acquisition of orders
• Support the project through engineering, manufacturing, installation and invoicing - including service post installation.
• Refer to art designs and specifications, previous estimates, contracts, engineering drawings to timely direct sign projects for your team.
• Interface and manage communications between landlord, subcontractors, permitting departments, attorneys and property management firms.
• Coordinate and manage communications between manufacturing, purchasing, sales, engineering, and other project management team members.

Qualifications/Skills

• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree preferred but work experience considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written
• Willing to adapt to change
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Shift

• 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible) This is not a remote position

Pay

• Salary DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
