CACI is seeking a Project Manager to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) operations in Norco, CA.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As Performance Assessment Group Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the support provided to NSWC Corona to include, but not limited to: Secret Control Office support, Telemetry support, Data Collection and Analysis teams, and Corona Classified Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Network (CCRN). The position oversees the activities for as many as 60 employees, including 2 subcontractors, operating within defined areas for support operations. Works with customers to develop, implement and review improvement programs to enhance support services. Implements core business processes and assists in process improvement initiatives. Develops and maintains communications with customer staffs and management to ensure that support is delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring employees; training and evaluation of employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product; addressing performance issues and taking the necessary personnel actions; motivating and rewarding employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraisal performances; addressing complaints and resolving problems; interfacing with customers in the PA Department to multiple Divisions and Branches; and generation and presentation of various financial and progress reports.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of US Navy related experience.
Experience with DoD government contracting
Project Management certification a plus.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to acquire a SECRET security clearance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
