The Project Manager will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the base operations support services contract at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL.
Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract
- Required be on-site during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours
- Conduct overall management coordination and shall be the central point of contact with the Government for performance of all work under this contract
- Negotiate and sign for the Contractor on modifications.
- Will provide overall Management of others working under the contract
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in managing a workforce providing services on a Base Operations Services Support contract of similar size, scope and complexity.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited university or college preferred but not required
- Experience with managing similar contracts that provide comprehensive maintenance of facilities.
- Skilled in Facility Management (FM), Team Building, and Services/Maintenance
- Strong Communications skills is a Must
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must have a Valid State Drivers License
- Possessing a DoD Secret clearance is preferred but not required
- Must be able to complete criminal record background check
