Job description

Requirements:
1. AppDynamics Core Product Set knowledge and basic FSO knowledge
2. Knowledge of project management tools (Smartsheet, FinancialForce,..) used in a Professional Services delivery environment
3. Full and current understanding of project management principles, industry best practices, and methodologies
4. Min. 6 years of project management experience with a min. of 3 years as a Project Manager for a vendor/supplier on multiple medium enterprise complex IT/Software Implementation Projects
5. Experience running multiple projects (10+) simultaneously with cross-team dependencies

• Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements:
1. Articulate the AppD business use cases (value cases) to Customers and align the delivery for maximum value for the target use cases
2. Monitor and report progress via consistent, timely, and accurate status reporting
3. Able to maintain project boundaries and uses effective conflict management skills to reach mutually agreeable solutions
4. Able to identify and manage project risks proactively and effectively
5. Schedule appropriate resources to fulfil customer requests in a timely manner
6. Have good communication skills. i.e. able to run project and governance meetings, give AppD demos, and host technical planning workshops
7. Ability to lead and motivate the project team members and Customer project stakeholders
8. Able to influences Customer stakeholders and drive them to successful project outcomes on schedule, scope and budget
Certification:
1. PM industry accreditation, e.g. Prince 2 Practitioner or PMI-PMP
2. ITIL Foundation
