Summary

Assists Strategic Partnership Vice President with ensuring internal and external customers are well-informed of project and partnership status by assisting with meeting administration, document management, and project management activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates/maintains project scope documents, RACI charts, meeting minutes, applicable Teams groups
  • Monitors and Reports Implementation Workgroup Status
  • Meeting Administration: Schedules, Agenda Updates, Meeting Minutes, and Emails PRN (to include steering meetings, all initial workgroup sessions, follow up meetings when executive assistance is needed, Partnership, Service Line, Clinic Implementation Town Halls, UC ELT review meetings, internal project launches, external project launches, etc.)
  • Document Management: Supports Document Standardization, Writes, Categorizes, Files, Shares, and Updates Project Documents
  • Maintains workgroup, project code, and clinic rosters, ensuring communication with all involved parties
  • Works with FP&A department to ensures implementation spreadsheet maintains current
  • Serves as Project Management Software Admin (training coordinator, user maintenance, blueprint creation, project activation, archival, etc.)
  • Serves as a backup to Project Managers as needed
  • Assists with project phase summaries and reports as needed
  • Develops and maintain comprehensive project tracker for all new development activities
  • Researches all new opportunities for presentation to Strategy Council
  • Manages data requests, ensuring all involved parties have access to needed information in one ‘source of truth’ space
  • Prepares Consulting Agreements and shepherds Invoice Process
  • Creates/maintains partnership summary documents for all new and existing partners

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience Associates' degree or 2 years of healthcare experience preferred. Urgent Care experience preferred.

Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge in Excel.
