TRAX International (TRAX) is preparing to provide base operation support at the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) in support of the Base Operation Support Services (BOSS) contract in Dugway, Utah. TRAX is a large business that has supported the Department of Defense since 1979 and currently performs services for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ; Fort Hood TX; Ft Greely, AK; Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA; Abilene, TX and in the Republic of Panama. The Project Manager will be directly responsible for all aspects of the performance of work for the DPG - BOSS contract. This position will have the full authority to act on all contract matters related to daily operation of the contract and will direct and supervise all divisions of labor and contract management. As the Project Manager, the incumbent will have responsibility for the profit and loss of the project under their control. Written and verbal communication is key as the Project Manager interacts with the government customer to ensure continual compliance with the performance work statement.

• Minimum of five (5) years project management experience in operations and maintenance or related field
• Possess superior technical writing skills, communicating complex information to audiences of varied backgrounds and understanding
• Consistently meet aggressive deadlines
• Provide overall management coordination and day-to-day project supervision
• Responsible for hiring employees that meet the minimum requirements of the position in accordance with the Project Work Statement
• Responsible for ensuring employees successfully complete all day-to-day requirements of the contract
• Responsible for support staff coordination and ensuring required supervision of contractor personnel is present during normal and other-than-normal duty hours
• Responsible for project correspondence and project deliverables
• Responsible for the successful performance of contract and ensuring project safety and quality control
• Primary liaison with the Government customer
• Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with your team members, vendors, management, and other departments
• Monitor and report program execution status with TRAX leadership
• Evaluate program labor hour execution against contractual performance criteria then analyze, recommend, and report findings on a regular basis
• Foresee a project's obstacles, risks, and constraints and effectively plan around them
• May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Supervisory Responsibilities
