Ignite Digital Services has a fantastic opportunity for a consultant to provide project management support for NIWC Atlantic in the Charleston, SC area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to perform a variety of project management support functions.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Assist with monitoring and reporting contract performance, including tracking contract obligations, invoices, and deliverables
• Develop and present financial analysis leveraging standardized data methodologies to support project decision-making
• Prepare intuitive and comprehensible slides for monthly presentations with customers
• Support the planning, development, and monitoring of procurement and contractual documentation
• Contribute to risk management plans and perform risk identification for project efforts related to cost, schedule, and technical/performance
• Develop and present status reports to support complex acquisition management data call responses
• Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices leveraging MS Office 365 tool suite to maximize efficiencies
• Coordinate and schedule meetings; capture meeting minutes; assign and track action items

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum two (2) years of project management analyst experience
• Experience building and maintaining project schedules leveraging MS Project or Primavera
• Experience working with knowledge management tools such as MS Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence
• Excellent writing skills including synthesizing information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• DoD security clearance
• Experience creating and managing SharePoint sites to include site permissions, lists and libraries
• Experience with NIWC organizations, processes, and procedures
• Experience with ERP Project Systems
• Experience supporting DoD / Navy systems acquisition programs

Salary: $65k + to align with education & experience
