Job description
BHI is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 1+ year contract assignment.
Job Responsibilities/Skills
Track completion of corrections- Track completions of jobs sent to internal resources and vendors other than the meter install vendor (MIV)
- Make customer calls and follow-up on opt-out in the field jobs
- Assist with reconciling work completion reports including MDMS, FieldPro, SAP, Itron reporting, and invoicing
- Manage, investigate, and reconcile various reporting streams for errors and in support of invoice reconciliation (FieldPro, MDMS, SAP, etc.)
- Onboarding activities including tracking submissions, LMS completions, role and access requests, and employee names and information
- Assist the Analysts and Project Managers with other project-specific tasks
- Cross train on other tasks due to the scope of and scale
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
MS Office experience.- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
