*Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, PST preferred, standard hours of 8am - 5pm
* Possibility to extend past 8 months
Support the Training program and Property Loss Prevention (PLP) program in Corporate Engineering:
Training Program:
Support the management and execution of Engineering training program, including:
- Run regularly frequent reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Manage learners’ training adherence
- Ensure tasks are completed within set timeframe
- Manage training requests including initiation and follow-ups
- Keep SharePoint Site updated
- Coordinate with program lead and multiple training leads
- Other administrative duties as required
PLP Program:
Support the management and execution of Engineering Property Loss Prevention program, including:
- Oversight and data entry of capital project plan reviews into SharePoint data
- Ensure tasks are completed within set timeframe
- Support PLP monthly meetings including recording meeting minutes and action items, and follow-ups
- Keep SharePoint Site updated
- Other administrative duties as required
Required Skills:
- Educational background in Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3-5 years experience in process improvement, i.e. Kaizen events
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong in taking clear and detailed meeting minutes
- Should be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and respond promptly to requests
- Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, in addition to working on teams to accomplish tasks
- MS Office and SharePoint proficiency
Preferred Skills:
- 1-3 years experience in data analytics
- Familiar with Tableau and/or Smartsheet
Project management experience
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
* Educational background in Science, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred BS)
* Project Coordination experience (3+ years): Should be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and respond promptly to requests with strong written and verbal skills
*3-5 years experience in process improvement, i.e. Kaizen events

Salary: $13.85 - $32.63 per hour
