Job description
This exciting Project Coordinator role is with a leading provider of high-performance industrial doors and loading dock solutions. Since their inception over 25 years ago, they have successfully executed 200,000 installations across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast while serving leading companies in blue chip industries.
Compensation commensurate with experience, with a range of $55,000-$70,000.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and all other data/information related to the installation of Commercial/Industrial Overhead and Pedestrian doors and Loading Dock equipment
- Communication with clients to confirm and define project requirements, scope of work and progress
- Work with the Field Project Managers to determine the progress of projects
- Confirm materials are ordered and track arrival time
- Track and monitor labor hours, plans and expenditures
- Serve as the point of contact on project updates and follow up
- Work with the Field Project Managers as required
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field of study desired
- Minimum of two years experience in related field
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and part of a team
- Competent in computer software such as Microsoft excel, word, power point and other project programs
- Work independently and make sound work decisions
