Overview:
Goldbelt Frontier, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Alaskan Native Corporation Goldbelt, Frontier places an emphasis on research and development, behavioral health, and medical and technological support services. Frontier is ideally suited to work with the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services. Goldbelt Frontier’s leadership offers specific expertise related to medical staffing, behavioral health, and program development CONUS and OCONUS.

SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will serve as administrative support to Project Manager on assigned projects. The Project Coordinator will perform routine daily activities and assist in gathering and distributing information to team members. The selected candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Assist in reviewing subcontractor and suppliers invoicing
  • Review monthly Job Status Report with PM for monthly reporting
  • Perform all other office tasks, scan materials and upload to file server
  • Organizing documents, uploading files, collecting documents, filing paperwork as needed
  • Maintain the physical and electronic filing system for each job adhering to company standards
  • Follow up with responsible parties to obtain/coordinate project information
  • Manage documents and organized filing systems
  • Review, screen, and interview candidates
  • Assist in time keeping and management of contract employees
  • All other tasks as assigned

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Database entry and word processing daily in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and detail orientated
  • Excellent data entry and scheduling skills
  • Ability to balance high volumes of small tasks and projects
  • Ability to think analytically and apply sound judgment, solve problems, make effective decisions, and act with integrity
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as art of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must have a positive attitude

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working in project coordination and/or relevant project management
  • Possesses a certification relating to project management


WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The office is a non-smoking facility with designated outside-smoking areas.
