POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator is a full-time position working with our Project Manager. You will work with both the Business Development Department and Sales Department to provide support to our solar installer customers. The ideal candidate for this position is articulate, proactive, and detail oriented. Our work environment is a shared office /space depending on Fortune Energy office space configuration. Core office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., 40 hrs. per week. Pay is hourly.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinates and communicates with all project stakeholders and follow up with all projects in each stage
Reviews and manages all project related documents
Provides all necessary training and support to make sure solar installers and/or customers understand the value of the Fortune Energy Service Platforms
Promotes the Fortune Energy Service Platform services, including, but not limited to our cash flow sponsor program, membership, proposal tools, paid leads, project design services, etc.
Manages installers and/or EPCs networks and maintains good relationships and related activities
Collects and summarizes feedback from solar installers to optimize project management procedures
Participates in conferences and exhibitions as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Education: BS/MS degree in business administration or marketing related field
Working experience: Minimum of two years of project management or related experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in excel is a must!
Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations
