Description:

CORE is seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) for the Peoria, IL location. The PC will work as the liaison between the field team and project management team and is responsible for keeping all project files and information updated and organized. Specific job duties will include:

· Coordinate and track compliance documentation through the lifecycle of the project.

· Collect safety, insurance, and contractual documentation from subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

· Serve as intermediary between CORE project team and subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

· Ensure documentation for subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants meet project requirements and identify areas of concern that need resolution. Advise project managers and/or Safety Director of any noncompliance or restrictions.

· Manage and maintain project and subcontractor accounts within Textura Payment Management; Verify all accounts are current and complete.

· Prepare and report compliance status to Director of Project Management and Director of Safety for monthly meetings.

· Work with Project Managers to coordinate and collect project closeout documentation.

Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience. This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.

Candidate Qualifications:

· Must possess the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude

· Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Experience with Bluebeam, Textura, Vista and/or Docusign is a plus!

· Works independently and as part of a departmental team in executing a variety of projects

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Attention to detail

· Proactive problem solver
