Kennedy (“JFK”) International Airport. For this project, Vantage has partnered with American Triple I (ATI), a 100% minority and woman owned investor and developer, and RXR Realty, a leading New York commercial real estate development firm, with AECOM Hunt as the design-build team. The project is to proceed in two phases of construction, with the first phase to include the development of the new Terminal 6 headhouse and departures area on a vacant site adjacent to the existing Terminal 7. Once that has been completed, JMP will demolish the existing Terminal 7 and construct an additional five gates, after which, JMP would then manage, operate and maintain the new facilities.
