This is a full-time, in-person (Monday – Thursday | 10-hour shift) role at our Gladstone, Oregon office.
The Essentials: The successful candidate will support both our construction accounting and property management accounting team with tranferable skills.
- 2+ years of job cost accounting experience
- BuilderTrend experience, a plus
- AppFolio experience, a plus
- Intermediate Excel experience
- 2+ years QuickBooks experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Work collaboratively across departments
- Take initiative to set work load priorities and manage deadlines
The Task Highlights:
- Job Coding & Data Entry
- A/P Processing and Check Runs
- Maintain Electronic & Paper files
- Manage payables against contract/change order terms
- Lien Releases
- Draws
