We are currently seeking an IDD Residential Program Manager.

LOCATION:

Main office is located in Englewood. Caseload will have placements in Aurora, Parker, Franktown, and Elizabeth.

JOB OVERVIEW:

  • The Program Manager will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of residential services.
  • Manage a caseload of 15 to 20 adults with development and intellectual disabilities.
  • Supervise, schedule, recruit, train, and retain quality residential staff/providers.
  • Administer performance evaluations to employees. Address concerns with employees and implement progressive disciplinary action, when necessary.
  • Responsible for programmatic development, coordination, and monitoring in accordance with Service Plan.
  • Review and approval of attendance/billing information, working closely with Billing Coordinator to ensure that billable units are tracked are not over/under utilized.
  • Environmental monitoring of individual residences to ensure they meet agency standards and IDD rules and regulations.
  • Timely completion and submission of monthly paperwork and reports and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and two years of management experience; combination of undergraduate or graduate classes and experience may be considered.
  • Previous management/supervision experience required.
  • Good business communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and planning skills.
  • Ability to work productively with others, welcome and adapt well to change. Receive and respond positively to feedback from others.
  • Basic understanding and experience with DOL standards.
  • Willingness to travel for monitoring and meetings required.
  • Be able to prioritize job duties and work as member of team.
  • Valid driver’s license, ability to meet driving standards, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 per year
