Program Manager – US Army – Fort Knox, KY
Responsible for the performance of the work, task order compliance and quality control. The PM is responsible for the planning and execution of all activities related to the contract.
  • Supervise, coordinate work schedules, resolve minor concerns/issues and complete the administrative tasks associated with the work/specific task requirements.
  • Oversee the quality and timely submission or deliverables, reports, etc.
  • Provide analysis of project requirements and accurate cost estimates.
  • Provide project coordination and process improvements thru the Quality Control Plan.
  • Provide and gather required information to assist with coordination support efforts.
  • Provide timely and effective conflict resolution.
  • Be capable of coordinating work schedules/assignments of contractor employees.
  • Have the capability to effectively resolve and respond to issues directly with the Government.
  • Possess skills/abilities/knowledge of various administrative tasks and functions, including but not limited to preparing correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of training catalogs, regulations and other miscellaneous publications; establishing and maintaining office functional files and reference files.
Qualifications:
  • Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Workforce Development or related field; and ten years of experience in the field.
  • Possess experience in managing large-scale government projects and be familiar with government policies and procedures.
  • Prior military experience or experience with the US Army and familiarity with government logistic procedures is preferred.
  • Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and be able to work in a digital environment.
  • Shall possess good analytical skills, time management, and be an independent thinker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a Federal Background Check.
