Job Description:

The Program Manager will work closely with the clinical, behavioral health, and operations teams to execute effectively and efficiently the carefully coordinated plans of service to maintain a high standard of client care. This individual will be responsible for ensuring program staff has the understanding, motivation, support, and guidance to successfully perform the functions associated with each Individualized Plan of Service while providing feedback and data to leadership teams. The Program Manager will work closely with management teams, Director of Residential Services, and human resources to ensure staff satisfaction, high retention rates, and establishment of professional development and succession planning processes and structure within units along with implementing and creating process flows.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Clinical and Behavioral Health team to execute oversight of all program staff to assure completion of responsibilities and duties, managing concerns or issues & maintaining a standard of excellence for client care.
  • Demonstrates ability to build therapeutic rapport with patients, families, staff, and interns.
  • Facilitates program orientation with all incoming adult patients and families. Orientation includes, but is not limited to, introducing the patient to the milieu environment, and reviewing program expectations.
  • Provide floor support and guidance, communicating updates in client care and delivering assistance and help where needed
  • Partner with Clinical and Behavioral Health Teams to reviews all documentation in IPOS on a weekly basis, i.e., bio/psycho/social assessments, mental status exam, treatment plans, weekly progress notes, aftercare plans, treatment summaries, etc.
  • In collaboration with Director of Residential Services, maintains and helps develop processes to ensure high level of resident care and build structure within each unit.
  • Conducts weekly staff meetings with program staff, plans meeting agendas, prepares supporting materials, and facilitates meetings in collaboration with Director of Residential Services.
  • Prepares formal notes of external meetings, clarifying commitments and follow-up actions
  • Provides oversight of the admission and discharge process to assure appropriate care and transition of the patient
  • Maintains daily program structure for programs developing quality measures and solutions for improvement.
  • In collaboration with Human Resources, management of staff, facilitating hiring, training & annual evaluation for program staff, including disciplines & terminations. Helps develop curriculum and training materials and any other assigned duties.
  • Serves as a liaison for Eisenhower Center outreach through referral sources, marketing events, local universities, etc.
  • Effective and consistent communication to referral sources and Collaborative providers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of program management experience and 3+ years of residential experience.
  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management and/or public health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
