Program Manager & Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple anodizing projects from start to finish.

• Ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and budget requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.

• Assess and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

• Monitor progress, track performance, and provide status reports.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.

• Track inventory throughout the entire anodizing process.

• Utilize computer skills to manage inventory and project data.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Previous experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in the anodizing industry.

• Strong understanding of anodizing processes, including anodizing, dyeing, and sealing.

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Computer skills to track inventory and manage project data.

• Familiarity with anodizing industry standards and best practices.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
