We are seeking an energetic and experienced person to fill a newly created role in Program Evaluation and Compliance. This role leads FSR’s organizational and internal program evaluation and governmental regulatory and compliance activities. This role leads and oversees the organization’s compliance with governmental regulations for the delivery of services. This position also helps develop Results Based Accountability plans as part of our comprehensive quality management efforts that include monitoring and analyzing outcomes as well as assuring all data requirements are met.

You will do this by:

• Understanding governmental regulations and policies under which our programs operate.
• Developing practices and guidance to assure compliance with requirements put forth by the MN Department of Human Services and other regulatory bodies regarding the delivery of our services. Analyzing agency adherence to these regulations and policies.
• Recommending processes to measure agency performance using Results Based Accountability, demographics, and consumer feedback.
• Developing and generating managerial reports.
• Identifying, documenting, and maintaining current and future business processes. Working with directors and program staff implementing new systems and training to achieve optimal results and efficiencies.
• Analyzing and interpreting data critically thinking through what data tells us and turning data into information.
• Leading QA Team. Providing in-depth analysis, advice and recommendations on topics as discussed.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education & experience in areas set forth above in the essential functions of the position (regulatory knowledge and data analytics). Experience with Results Based Accountability framework a plus. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, detail-oriented and concurrently manage multiple tasks. Excellent computer skills that include the ability to work effectively with databases, electronic medical records and Microsoft Office products are required. The ability to perform a variety of tasks related to collecting, organizing, and interpreting statistical information. Must be a team player with positive communications skills.
