Key Accountabilities

• Develop and oversee development and planning for summer programs and supervise management of those programs; oversee all aspects of Loomis Chaffee Summer Program, including recruitment of students, staffing, and planning.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with mission-aligned groups; negotiate contracted agreements with those entities.
• This position can be paired with other responsibilities/roles at the school, such as teaching or coaching, depending on the experience of the candidate.

Experience

• Experience in a college or independent school (preferably boarding school) setting;
• Contract negotiation experience preferred;
• Admissions experience preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required;
• Master’s degree preferred.
