We are seeking a reliable and organized Program Assistant to serve as a first point of contact for student seeking mental health care.

The Program Assistant provides primary administrative support to the Counseling Center staff, including the Program Assistant, Sr and the leadership team. This person serves in a customer service-oriented role at the Counseling Center's front desk, managing administrative and clerical office operations, maintaining a professional office environment, and assisting clients and office visitors.

The Program Assistant drafts and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, including confidential communications, and assists in scheduling meetings and therapy appointments. The position creates student case files in an electronic medical records system (Titanium), manages the organization of those records, and files confidential information, alongside other duties.

Due to Counseling Center accreditation standards, students at the University of Louisville are ineligible for the position.�

Salary Commensurate with experience

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
