Do you love animals? Dogs and cats? How about turtles, fish, and lizards?

Valley Pet Sitting is a five star rated professional pet sitting service that is now hiring responsible, dependable, and available dog walkers and pet sitters. We're looking for people that aren't just looking to make some money. . . we want our sitters to love their job! People that don't mind getting a little dirty from time to time. People that will roll on the floor with a Goldendoodle puppy and not mind getting covered in kisses. People that can handle dogs on leashes, cats and their Catitude, and the occasional reptile or amphibian. Sometimes chickens! Even potbelly pigs! Rabbits and hamsters and rats, oh my!

We are looking for pet sitters with a flexible schedule as our visits are flexible as well. Business is booming yet again this year, and we need some reliable sitters to cover all of these particular areas: Sherman Oaks, Reseda, Tarzana, and North Hollywood so Locals ONLY - *If you do not live within 7-10 miles from these locations please do not apply as we do need local sitters at this time. TY!

Requirements:

***You MUST be willing to work ALL Holidays as well as be available for weekends when needed. This includes all three day weekends, and national holidays throughout the year. *** You will be held accountable for this as the holidays come but we also are flexible to make sure you get time with family and friends when needed. We DO NOT schedule for an entire day - sitting jobs are assigned visit by visit and you will still have time for family during holidays.

-Must own a car and car insurance NO EXCEPTIONS as taking the bus, walking, uber, etc unfortunately is not what we can do. We will do our best to schedule you for jobs within a 10 mile or less distance from your home, so please only apply if you are local to the aforementioned areas. We assist with Travel time and Mileage as well!

-Must pass background check. Since our sitters are given the privilege and permission to enter client's private homes, our sitters are all given full background checks. PLEASE only apply if you have a clean record.

-Our sitters are expected to commit to their schedule 100%. We can work with school, other jobs, vacations, etc but once booked we need to count on you to commit.

-We are looking for sitters that are have flexible availability throughout the week, but more so for the weekends, and holidays which are our busiest times for clients to travel.

-18 years old and up only!

***We are currently offering seasonal to permanent positions that can be flexible as the jobs come in. We schedule you within 10ish or less mile radius of your home for clients who also live near you. Your location is imperative to your position in working with us please only apply if its the location we are requesting.

-Must have a working and functioning smart phone *With a data plan* and be savvy in navigating our online scheduler. (If you can use Instagram or Snapchat you should be fine with using our app as well)

-Lastly, sitters must be comfortable with animals, and can handle cleaning up after them.This job is fast-paced, exciting, and the most fun you'll ever get paid for! Valley Pet Sitting is a great company to work for.
