Catawba Valley Staffing in Valdese is seeking motivated individuals to work as Production workers/ Material handlers in the Statesville area.

1st shift. 7a-7p Monday- Thursday

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to Bend, Stoop, Twist, and Lift up to 75lbs - 100lbs.
• Lifting anything over 50lbs requires a team lift or use of lifting device for assistance.
• Direct efforts to achieve a Quality product which meets customer(s) specifications.
• Work in a safe and productive manner.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Willingness to learn how to operate all machines.
• Ability to assess situations and take the appropriate corrective action.
• Willing to learn and work on computers when necessary.
• Must work interactively with other department and follow company policies and procedures.
