Steel of West Virginia, Inc. is a steel mill with a future. Over 80 million dollars has been invested in our facilities since 2008. We have an immediate need for Production Workers. The Production Worker entry level pay is $19.28 per hour. Good pay increases with pay after completion of third year of employment of $24.10 per hour for the first 40 hours; $36.15 for hours over 40; and $48.20 per hour for work on a seventh consecutive day.
Production Workers at our plant recycle scrap steel in electric arc furnaces then continuously cast billets of steel which are hot rolled on one of our two rolling mills. Production Workers at our finishing lines then custom finish structural beams, channels, and special shape steel sections to customer specifications. You must - - (1) be able to do physically demanding work at extremes of heat and cold; (2) possess a high school diploma or GED; (3) and be drug free.
