This little town is known for its annual “Hillbilly Days” hosted by the Shriners, attracting thousands of visitors from all over the world. With a small population of 7,106, our employees are truly like family, and our small-town pride is reflected in our products, which include Nutri-Grain bars and Pop-Tarts. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Safety First! – From your first day, you will start training to get up to speed on following company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices. No injuries here!
• Let’s Get Tidy! – You will get to know all areas of the plant as you assist with performing cleanup on production and packaging equipment. Let’s see those machines sparkle.
• I’ve Got Your Back! – You will be responsible for providing coverage for other employees who may be on extended work schedules, vacations, and other time off. It’s a team effort!
• Go, Team, Go! – You will have the opportunity to establish strong partnerships with different departments across the plant and work together to ensure everything is in place.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• 
  Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
• Must be flexible with work schedule as well as overtime and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions, verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting in a plus
