Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Production Team Members to work at our facility in Kirksville- MO. We are specifically looking for anyone willing to relocate to Kirksville. please see above for relocation details.

Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated- fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standard.

Key Components of the role:

  • Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader.

Work in a Cold Environment- 32 degrees – 48 degrees depending on the assignment.Must be willing to work with other people in a team conceptPerform production-related functions as assigned.Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups.Abide by all Plant policies- Safety Regulations- and Industrial Hygiene Regulations as a condition of employment.Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team.Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Team Leader.Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz – Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures.This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville-MO- QRMP accountability document.Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing experience and basic computer skills preferred.Positions involve lifting- bending- and stooping.Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be willing to work any shift.Able to lift up to 50 pounds.Work overtime as necessaryEEO Statement
