- Starting Pay is $21.25/ hour PLUS $1.50/ hour night shift premium
- $2,000 Hiring bonus paid after 90 nights of successful employment
- We pay weekly!
- 12 hour shifts- 5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights off; Have every other weekend off!

- Wear: For plant tours please wear closed toe, flat shoes, and long pants
Roles Available:
- Billet Conditioner (Melt Shop): A fast-paced role that requires the use of torches, sample saws, and jackhammers
- Finishing Operator (Rolling Mill): Rotate through several jobs in a fast-paced role- finishing, trimming, running conveyers, and coiling
- Bander (Processing Plant): Running industrial banding/steel packaging machines and forklifts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or willingness to participate in an accredited program to obtain GED within 1 year of hire
- Ability to learn quickly and enjoys working with hands
- Great teamwork skills and demonstrated strong attendance
- Great attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand full shift; some roles require ability to work in hot environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in production, assembly, warehouse, welding, construction, steel, or other related industries
